Our work has included a number of large high profile transactions, including financing for one of the largest sales of a public REIT on record.

We provide our expertise through two platforms:

Investment Banking

We specialize in debt financing. We work with borrowers that are seeking to finance their assets and with financial institutions seeking secondary market executions. Our transactions have included everything from a single asset to a pool with thousands of loans. We have contacts throughout the capital markets and have extensive experience with portfolios and complex structured transactions.

We have a special expertise in facilitating the purchase and securitization of pools of loans that are collateralized by multifamily properties. We work with both borrowers and financial institutions that are looking to access the capital markets and facilitate these transactions through our longstanding relationship with Fannie Mae. Our principals have unique expertise in this market, which includes 15 years at Fannie Mae.

Advisory

We provide strategic advice regarding real estate assets, with a special emphasis on capital markets and portfolio transactions. We have been owners, borrowers and lenders and our team has experience with everything in the life cycle of an asset including acquisitions, financing, asset management and disposition.
